Mercy Center is our 8 –bed residential program for homeless teen girls ages 16-20. Young women who find themselves forced to leave home may refer themselves, they do not need to be referred by a counselor, school, or the legal system. Mercy Center is voluntary, a resident may leave at any time, though most stay and learn valuable independent living skills.

Residents live in a safe, structured environment, work in the community, attend school, and receive case management, counseling, psychiatric services if needed, and ongoing learning in the home environment. We work with schools, probation, CPS, youth bureaus, and other group homes, and are a viable option for youth aging out of foster care. At Mercy Center the guardian remains in custody, and family reunification is the ultimate goal when ever possible.
